Refund & Exchange Policy
Most of our items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you have 3 days from the date your package is delivered to contact us at beverly@desertbloomdarlin.com with your order number, product details, photos of the defect, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
How to Start a Return

Email us within 3 days of delivery at beverly@desertbloomdarlin.com.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once We Receive Your Item
We’ll inspect your return and notify you if your refund or exchange has been approved.

Refund: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchange: We will send you a new, undamaged item of the same product you purchased.
Please note it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
