Shipping Policy

All of our products are handmade and shipped from Austin, TX. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Delivery & Tracking Issues
We are not responsible for lost packages or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you have any questions about tracking, you can email us at beverly@desertbloomdarlin.com. We also recommend contacting USPS or UPS directly, as they can provide the most accurate updates.

All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please allow up to 7 business days for it to arrive. If it still hasn’t arrived after that time, contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or resend orders for packages marked as delivered.
